It is about dismantling the performance, protection, and containment you have been standing on.

What remains is not a persona or a leadership style.

It is coherence.

And coherence changes how people respond to you before you say a word.

Impact stops being optional.

Not because you push harder. Not because you persuade more effectively.

But because what has been quietly limiting your influence is no longer running the system.

People follow without being pushed. Decisions land without force. Outcomes reorganize.

Not through effort. Through inevitability.
